Baan Lae Suan Select 2026
Baan Lae Suan Fair Select 2026 is a home and garden lifestyle fair showcasing furniture, decor, plants, and design ideas to inspire sustainable, nature-connected living, organized by AME Imaginative Co., Ltd. (part of the Amarin group) from the 7th to 15th of February, 2026.
The Challenge
- 1 Age Estimation Accuracy
Based on feedback from Amarin, age data had some deviation around 70%. However, all other metrics were consistent with reality.
- 2 Processing Delays
Due to the event's scale, processing took longer than tested. We had to deliver analytics with a 1-day delay, temporarily unable to provide real-time data during that period.
- 3 Dashboard UX Improvements Needed
The dashboard was overall easy to use, but data visualizations needed to be clearer and more refined from a UX perspective.

Refining the demographic model with additional training data to push age estimation accuracy well beyond the initial 70%.
